REFUND POLICY

1. PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE ON SKINYARD.CO.UK

This document is intended to be used as a supplement to the Skinyard Ltd (hereinafter, the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) General Terms and Conditions, which together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Company.

By making a purchase or an exchange you certify that you have read, understood, and agree with this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:

  • Virtual items (skins)
  • Tokens

which all together referred to as “Products”.

2. WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

Our Products are qualified as digital content (virtual items) which is exempt from the general withdrawal right due to their specifics upon the consumer’s prior express consent.

BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THERETO.

YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND UPON THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

The Product was not received.

Please keep in mind, that:

  • We start processing your purchase after your payment has been approved. Normally, it takes seconds to confirm your payment but may take up to 3 days depending on your payment method. You may check the status of your payment in platform account.
  • If you sell an item, the funds received from the sale are frozen for up to 8 (eight) days. Users cannot access these funds until the freeze period ends. When freeze period ends, funds immediately become available for withdrawal or payment for other purchases on our website.
  • When a user purchases an item, full payment must be made immediately, and the item will be delivered only after user confirm trade in his Steam account. If user doesn’t confirm trade in his Steam account in 10 minutes after purchase moment, full payment amount will be automatically refunded on user’s account on our website. If a selected item from our website becomes unavailable for any reasons during purchase checkout, the transaction will be canceled.
  • Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Steam platform (https://store.steampowered.com/) or any third-party services.

If you have not received the ordered Product for any other reason please contact Company Support team by any means stated below. Once we confirm the non-delivery we will proceed with the refund.

Fraudulent transactions.

If the purchase was made not by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact Company Support team by any means stated below as soon as possible. We will investigate the case and if the money is still in our system we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, the refund is not possible.

3. WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method a refund may take up to 45 days. In the event your payment method does not support refunds, we will credit the amount of the refund to your platform account balance.

We will take all reasonable efforts to solve your request in a good faith and in accordance with the legislation of your country.
